अम्बेडकरनगर। जिलाधिकारी सुरेष कुमार की अध्यक्षता में कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में 29वां सड़क सुरक्षा सप्ताह 23 अप्रैल से 29 अप्रैल तक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।
बैठक के दौरान एआरटीओ ने सड़क सुरक्षा यातायात के बारे में विस्त्रित से चर्चा करते समय वाहन चालक एवं विद्यालय के प्रबन्धकों को सचेत करते हुए कहा कि जीवन अमूल्य है उसकी रक्षा करना हम सभी का दायित्व है। वाहन चालकों से अनुरोध किया कि गाडी चलाते वक्त अपने गाड़ी का प्रषिक्षण कर ले कि उसमें किसी प्रकार की कमी तो नहीं है। प्रबन्धक को भी कहा गया कि समय समय पर अपने वाहन चालक को सचेत करते रहे कि गाडी में कोई कमी तो नहीं है यदि कमी है तो उसे तुरन्त ठीक करा ले। गाडी स्वामी अपने गाडी का परिहवन विभाग से समय समय पर निरीक्षण करा कर फिटनेस प्रमाण पत्र भी प्राप्त कर ले। मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी ने बताया कि वाहन चालक अपने स्वास्थ्य का परीक्षण समय समय से कराते रहे जो जिला चिकित्सालय में होता है। वाहन चलाते समय परेषानी आती है तो इलाज कराके दुर करे। अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक ने कहा कि वाहन चलाते समय हेलमेट लगाकर और चार पहिया वाहन चालक सीट बैल्ट लगाकर ही वाहन चलाये। गाडी में सीट से अधिक सवारी न बैठाये। यातायात के नियमों का पालन करेंगे तो दुर्घटनाएं कम होगी।
इसी क्रम में जिलाधिकारी ने गोष्ठी के दौरान सड़क यातायात के बारे में बताया कि काई भी व्यक्ति नषे की हालत में या मोबाइल से गाडी चलाते हुए बात न करे जिससे दुर्घटना को रोका जा सके। बैठक में मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी, रोडवेज के एआरएम, अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक, जिला बेसिक षिक्षाधिकारी, अधिषाषी अभियंता पीडब्लूडी, कार्यक्रम अधिकारी, विद्यालय प्रबन्धक, वाहन चालक, सम्बन्धित विभाग के अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारीगण मौजूद रहे।
