अंबेडकरनगर। सभी अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी जनसमस्याओं के त्वरित निस्तारण के प्रति गंभीर होकर कार्य करें, ताकि जनसामान्य को संपूर्ण समाधान दिवस के अतिरिक्त अन्य जगहों पर जाने की आवश्यकता ना पड़े जन समस्याओं के निस्तारण में समयबद्ध निस्तारण ना होने की दशा में फरियादी जिला मुख्यालय मंडल अथवा राज्य स्तर पर चले जाते हैं। जो संबंधित अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी के कार्य में लापरवाही को प्रदर्शित करता है। जन समस्याओं के त्वरित निस्तारण के प्रति सरकार पूर्णतया गंभीर होकर निरंतर उसकी समीक्षा कर रही है। जिस किसी स्तर पर किसी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी की लापरवाही दिखाई देने पर संबंधित के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्यवाही की जाती है। जिलाधिकारी अखिलेश सिंह ने संपूर्ण समाधान दिवस आलापुर में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ओ0पी0 आर्या ने संपूर्ण समाधान दिवस अकबरपुर में तथा अपर जिलाधिकारी गिरिजेश कुमार त्यागी ने संपूर्ण समाधान दिवस जलालपुर की अध्यक्षता करते हुए तथा फरियादियों की सुनवाई एवं निस्तारण के दौरान उपस्थित अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए उक्त बातें कहीं। जिलाधिकारी/पुलिस अधीक्षक संतोष कुमार मिश्र के सम्मुख आलापुर में कुल 315 फरियादियों ने अपने शिकायती पत्र प्रस्तुत किए जिसमें गुण दोष के आधार पर कुल 11 का मौके पर निस्तारण कर दिया गया तथा अवशेष 304 जनशिकायती पत्रों को संबंधित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों को प्राप्त कराते हुए उन्हें कड़े निर्देश दिए कि निर्धारित समय सीमा के अंतर्गत मौके पर जाकर गुणदोष के आधार पर फरियादियों के शिकायती पत्रों के आवेदन पत्र का निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करें। इसी प्रकार अकबरपुर में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ओ0पी0 आर्या0 के सम्मुख कुल 240 फरियादियों ने अपने शिकायती पत्र प्रस्तुत किए जिसमें गुण दोष के आधार पर कुल 12 का मौके पर निस्तारण कर दिया गया और अवधेश 228 जनशिकायती पत्रों को संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को मौके पर सौंपें गए। इसके अतिरिक्त जलालपुर में अपर जिलाधिकारी के सम्मुख कुल 242 फरियादियों ने अपने शिकायती पत्र प्रस्तुत किए जिसमें गुण दोष के आधार पर पुलिस को मौके पर निस्तारण किया गया और अवशेष 222 जनशिकायती पत्रों को संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को समयबद्ध निस्तारण हेतु सौंपे गए। इस दौरान आलापुर में जिलाधिकारी अखिलेश सिंह/पुलिस अधीक्षक संतोष कुमार मिश्र अकबरपुर में जिला विकास अधिकारी पी0डी प्रदीप कुमार पांडे, डी0पी0आर0ओ0 मया शंकर मिश्र, नायब तहसीलदार सहित अन्य विभागों के जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी गण उपस्थित रहे। अकबरपुर जलालपुर में संबंधित तहसील के उपजिलाधिकारी तहसीलदार एवं अन्य विभागों के अधिकारी प्रतिनिधि गण उपस्थित रहे।
