अम्बेडकरनगर। मूल्यांकन बहिष्कार तीनों केंद्रों पर जिलाध्यक्ष आनंद हीराराम पटेल के नेतृत्व में जारी रहा। जिलाध्यक्ष ने कहा कि तीनों केंद्रों के उप नियंत्रक एवं डीआईओएस की मिलीभगत से फर्जी परीक्षक के मुहाके 9 के अंतर्गत नियुक्त किए गए है, जो कि इंटरमीडिएट एजुकेशन एक्ट 1921 का सीधा उल्लंघन है। उपरोक्त के संबंध में जन सूचना अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत सूचना मांगी गई है। संगठन उपरोक्त के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट भी जाने के लिए पूर्ण रुप से तैयार है। उक्त जानकारी जिला मीडिया प्रभारी घनश्याम शर्मा ने दिया। जन सूचना अधिकार के नियम में मांग की गई कि वर्ष 2018 की हाईस्कूल एवं इंटरमीडिएट उत्तर पुस्तिका के मूल्यांकन में लगाए गए तीनों मूल्यांकन केंद्र पर अलग-अलग राजकीय सहायता प्राप्त एवं वित्तविहीन विद्यालयों के परीक्षकों की संख्या विषय वार उपलब्ध कराई जाए और यह भी बताया जाए कि कितनी परीक्षक उपस्थित रहें। तीनों मूल्यांकन केंद्रों पर अलग-अलग मुहाके 9 के अंतर्गत नियुक्त शिक्षकों की परीक्षक संख्या उनकी शैक्षिक योग्यता एवं अनुभव तथा नियुक्ति पत्र की प्रमाणित प्रति उपलब्ध कराई जाए। तीनों केंद्र पर अलग-अलग नियुक्ति संबंधित विद्यालय का नाम भी बताया जायें।

The District Magistrate said that with the collusion of the Deputy Controller and DIOS of the three centers, the appointment of the fake examiner has been made under the head, which is a direct violation of Intermediate Education Act, 1921. In relation to the above, information has been sought under the Right to Information Act. The organization is fully prepared to go to the High Court against the above. It was demanded in the Right to Information Act that the number of testers of different government assisted and uninterrupted schools should be made available at the three evaluation centers in the assessment of the High School and Intermediate Answer Handbook of the year 2018 and it should also be made available. That is how many testers are present. Examination numbers of teachers appointed under different idioms 9 should be given on their educational qualification and experience and a certified copy of appointment letter on all three evaluation centers. The names of the respective school related to different appointments at the three centers should also be known.
